County Board Records

The County Clerk’s office serves as the Clerk of the County Board and the Secretary of the Winnebago County Forest Preserve. We attend all meetings for both groups and manage the County records, maintain permanent files of all meeting minutes, resolutions, and ordinances of these two governmental bodies.
