Winnebago County Board

The Winnebago County Clerk is the clerk of the Winnebago County Board and secretary of the Winnebago County Forest Preserve District. The County Clerk is the keeper of all legislation, resolutions and ordinances, which are passed by the Winnebago County Board. In addition, the County Clerk processes and maintains minutes for each Winnebago County Board meeting; County Board and Weekly Committee Meeting Agendas; Communications to the County Board; and the Winnebago County Code Book of Ordinances. The county clerk makes available to the public, certified copies of all of the above listed documents pertaining to the Winnebago County Board.
