Committeemen are elected for a four-year term from the 20 state congressional districts by precinct, township and ward committeemen at their biennial conventions. Each must appoint a deputy member of the committee who is of the opposite sex.
Lists of current precinct committeemen can be obtained from each party's office or the County Clerk's Election Office.
