Early voting starts in Winnebago County on January 14, 2008 and continues until January 31, 2008. Voters outside the city of Rockford can come into the Winnebago County Administration building, 404 Elm St. on first floor to vote. The office hours will be 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The election office will be open Saturday, January 19th, 26th and February 2nd. Saturday hours will be 8:00am til 12:00
