This license applies to all businesses providing amusement by means of a coin-in-the-slot amusement device. Application forms are available in the County Clerk’s office.

Assumed Name also known as DBA or “Doing Business As”, Business License, and Certificate of Ownership. Our office accepts and processes the liquor applications and fees for sole proprietors, partnerships, and corporations. Only not-for-profit organizations that have been in existance for 5 years are eligible to manage a raffle. A raffle is conducted when a player pays for a chance to win. No person, firm or corporation can conduct a raffle or sell chances for a raffle in the County of Winnebago without first obtaining a raffle license.
